You'll need these for your Nanacast account.

  2. Login to your Nanacast account. From the left menu, click My Account >> Profile & Preferences. In the Third-Party API Information area, open the Advanced PayPal Settings section. Provide your credentials and commit.

Note: You must supply all the credentials together each time you add or update.

    Nanacast Advanced PayPal Settings

  3. Now you are ready to process PayPal refunds from Nanacast! However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

    • If you are using Advanced PayPal Settings, but process a refund from your PayPal account, you will not then be able to refund it from Nanacast.
    • When using Advanced PayPal settings, Unsubscribe will mark the client Unsubscribed in Nanacast, but it will NOT cancel a recurring billing profile in PayPal. You must still login to your PayPal account and cancel the recurring billing profile.
