I want to tell you a story, because not long ago, I had the exact same struggles you might be having now.

And I want to tell you about how I finally not only lost the weight, but have KEPT it off for the last 14 years.


How I Finally Lost the Weight

The year was 2005. Freshly "retired" from my football career, and finding myself quickly out of shape, I set out to lose 50+ pounds. 

And once I started on the journey, I quickly realized my diet was going to make or break my success.

Because once I started tracking things, I realized that to get into a consistent calorie deficit (which is what needed to happen to be able to consistently lose weight), my DIET was going to have by FAR the biggest impact on the fat loss piece of the puzzle.

And I realized where I was going wrong was in three big areas:

1 - PLANNING - When I first started out, I just kind of was "trying to eat healthy" - but didn't have a specific plan that I was working with and sticking to. 

2 - SHOPPING - Another big mistake I was making was I wasn't really getting all the food I needed to make healthy meals all week. So I'd shop on Sunday, run out of food on Wednesday, and then eat out and slap together meals with what I had for a few days - every week!

3 - PREPARING - I'd start the week with great intentions. But then I'd get busy, and end up not having healthy food available and prepared and ready to go, and I'd grab food out and do whatever to make it through 'till the next week - when I'd start all over again :)

It was when I realized all of this - and came up with some strategies for ALL THREE categories, to be able to execute them consistently - that I broke through, lost 60+ pounds in 7 months, and have kept it off since.

In this special coaching program, we are going to take you by the hand and give you everything you need to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks, and reach all of your fat loss goals.

1 - We'll start with a 30 minute one-on-one diet planning session. We'll meet with you and learn about YOUR specifc goals and needs. And we'll work together to map out that is SPECIFIC to you!

This session will be scheduled individually with an FVT trainer, based on your availablity and schedule. It can be done in person or over the phone. 

If you are interested, we suggest that you sign up for the program ASAP. Availability for these appointments is limited and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Plus, summer is right around the corner - and we need to get started getting you ready! :)

2 - We'll follow up with an in-person grocery store tour. Instead of telling you what to buy, we will walk you through the actual store and show you exactly what foods to get, so that we take out all the guesswork.

Leanne will be doing the tour on Sunday, April 27th at 12 noon at Spouts in South Land Park. IF you can't make it to the tour itself, we will also shoot a series of videos, take a picture of the receipt, and make sure to give you all the info you need to succeed.

3 - We'll follow the grocery store tour up with a "virtual" meal prep workshop.

Now we need to make sure that you know how to prep everything for success!

We'll get on a livestream and prepare all our foods for the week. Leanne will do this on the same day, Sunday, April 27th, at 2pm.

Here, we'll be showing you exactly how to prep meals so that you will always have healthy meals available, and you can do it quickly and easily.

If you can't make the livestream itself, the video will be recorded, so that you can review it on your own time also.

4 - We'll also be checking in with you individually once per week during the 28 Day program to weigh in and hold you accountable. This is another key piece that will keep you on track and help you to lose 10+ pounds in the 28 days.
