Here's how it works:

We'll send you a questionnaire right away so that we can start working on your custom plan.
2 - We'll schedule a 45 minute one-on-one meeting where we do your body comp, do a custom goal-setting session, and then figure out exactly where you need to be in terms of daily intake. We'll also build you 100% customized meal plans so that you know exactly what to eat and when to eat it to get the fastest results.
3 - We'll schedule (three), 15-minute follow-up sessions - around day 7, 14, and 21 of your first month - to make sure you're on the right track. We'll do a body comp assessment and also check in on your diet to see how it's going, what's working well, what to tweak to improve, etc.
