4. You cannot use any domain name containing the words James Reynolds, Incredible Incorporated or any of its brands.

5. You should not use the "raw" Nanacast affiliate link. It is strongly recommended that you use a redirect or cloaked link for ALL promotions. This increases conversion rates and helps protect your commissions.
