Nanacast.com is an ecommerce service provider and content delivery system and is not the company you are doing business with when purchasing products/services from other companies.

You can generally find contact information for the company you are doing business with on the Thank-You/Confirmation page following your purchase and/or in your Thank-You email receipt.

I am an Affiliate - Promotion/Commission Support

Please contact the vendor whose affiliate program you are promoting directly for support regarding their affiliate program. Nanacast vendors each manage their affiliate programs independently, including commissions.

You can find the contact information for the affiliate program you are promoting in the Affiliate Center (from the main menu under Affiliate Promotion >> Affiliate Center) by clicking on the affiliate program owner's name.
